Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your email and the name your invite was issued under, plus session cookies that keep you signed in.
• Content you upload. Images you upload to your model profile, along with metadata we generate (descriptions, tags, classification results).
• Activity logs. A record of significant actions you take inside the platform — uploads, profile edits, tag changes — so admins and you can audit what happened.
• Operational data. Standard server logs and error reports used to keep the platform running.

If you choose to import content from Google Drive, the in-app Picker requests per-file access (drive.file). This scope only grants ModPipes access to the specific files you explicitly select in the Google Picker UI for that session — we cannot browse, list, search, modify, delete, or read any other files in your Drive. The OAuth access token is held in memory in your browser for the duration of the import and is not persisted on our servers.

ModPipes' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• To authenticate you and authorize access to the model(s) you've been invited to manage.
• To store and display the content you upload, and to apply automated tags and descriptions.
• To distribute that content on Reddit on behalf of the models you manage, per the platform's purpose.
• To investigate abuse, debug failures, and improve the platform.

Account data, content metadata, and activity logs live in a managed Postgres database (Supabase, US region). Image files live in private object storage in the same project. AI processing is run via Vercel AI Gateway against third-party model providers; only the image and a fixed prompt are sent — no account identifiers.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to operate the platform (hosting, database, storage, AI inference) under their respective data protection terms. We may disclose information if compelled by law.

Account and content data persist while the model account is active. Activity logs are retained for audit purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting the team that invited you.

• Revoke Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data via the contact below.
• Sign out at any time from the topbar.
